Our refund and cancellation terms.
Guardian Angel Loan is a DBA of Dove Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application.
Please Note: Because services are made available immediately upon approval, Guardian Angel Loan payments are not eligible for refund once processed. All sales are final.
Refund Terms
All purchases from this website are subject to the following terms:
- Loan payments are non-refundable once processed.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Down payments made at the time of approval are non-refundable.
- Monthly membership fees for Credit Nanny are non-refundable after processing.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your agreement provided you notify Guardian Angel Loan in writing no later than midnight of the third business day following the execution of the agreement. Written cancellation may be sent by ordinary mail, telegram, or courier delivery.
Guardian Angel Loan also reserves the right to terminate your loan account at any time for any reason not prohibited by applicable law. Upon termination, any outstanding balance remains your responsibility per the agreement terms.

Account Closure
Closed or cancelled accounts are subject to the following conditions:
- Delinquent accounts are considered active until paid in full.
- You may only hold one active Guardian Angel Loan account at a time.
- Credit reporting obligations may continue until the balance is resolved.
- Outstanding balances remain due and payable upon account closure.
